My favorite way to organize my printables is to make a binder with them and I'm going to show you how to do that!

If you are brand new to the wonderful world of printables, you may be wondering what to do with your beautiful pages besides print them out!

It is fun and easy to organize your printables into a binder. You really only need two or three simple supplies to put together your binder, a 3 ring binder and sheet protectors (or a 3 hole punch, your preference) - and you probably already have these around your house! But if not you can grab them from Amazon here:

Step 1

Open up your printable PDF.

Step 2

Print the entire document or just the pages that you want to include in your binder. You might choose to print on both sides of the page to help save on paper use, but just keep in mind that depending on your printer and ink settings, as well as paper type, the design from either side may show through. {I'm working on a post full of printing tips that talks about this! Check back soon}

Step 3

Slide your binder cover page into the front cover slot of your 3 ring binder. Cut out the spine size that you need and slip it into the binder slot.

Step 4

Slide each page into a sheet protector. If you did not print on both sides of your page, put two pages in one sheet protector for a duplex effect!  If you are not using sheet protectors, hole punch each one of your pages.

Step 5

Now comes the fun part! Organize the pages of you binder in a way that makes sense for your needs! This is one of the awesome benefits of printables, you end up with a binder that is totally customizable!
