In the summer of 2018, I started designing my own lists to help me manage my busy life and preserve my sanity. Can you relate?
I needed an alternative solution to the massive amount of post-it notes scattered about that looked as disorganized as my brain felt. It didn't take long for me to realize that my lists and journals could help other people organize and simplify their lives, also.
I decided that I wanted to offer my creatively designed lists and journals to other people who needed organizational solutions, but how?
My 10+ year career in IT didn't teach me about starting my own business or selling products online. I had a starting point- my printables. And I had an end goal- selling them online. It was the middle part that I had to figure out.
This was the first question I researched. I began to read about Etsy, EBay, and Amazon. I also read about WordPress and WooCommerce but none of those platforms seemed like a great fit for me and my printables.
I want to interact and engage with my customers. I want them to feel comfortable asking questions and reaching out to me. I want to have a relationshipwith my customers. That level of personal touch simply wasn't available on other platforms.
Then, I learned about Shopify.
When you have a goal and limited time, why play around? I wanted to create my printable store the right way and start selling. I scoured the internet for information about getting started and it was information overload. Who can I trust and how do I keep from getting scammed? It seemed like a lot of the information I found was pretty vague and not too helpful. Once I came across the Million Dollar Shop course, my path from idea to selling became crystal clear. Million Dollar Shop is taught by Sarah Titus, who is an inspiring and beyond successful single mom and blogger. She went from being homeless to making $3,000,000 a year selling printables. Sarah will show you exactly how she did it and her course does not leave anything outand she updates it with new information all the time. Sarah shares her income report below:
EVERYTHING! The first thing I learned is to lead with confidence. When you break a big project up into smaller, manageable tasks, it suddenly becomes easier to breathe and get down to business.
After that, this is what the course teaches:
Throughout her course, Sarah gives clear, easy to understand instructions and explanations, talks about her own trials and errors, what is working for her, as well as tons of step by step videos!
So, basically, the Million Dollar Shop course taught me every tiny little detail I needed to know to get from idea to selling products.
If you are considering selling online but don't know where to start, check out the Million Dollar Shop course and get started! If you have any questions about it, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. The course has changed my life and I want the same for you.
