I love this binder. I was especially excited to send it to a friend who is currently pregnant and already struggling with the depression that comes and I wanted her to have resources. TALK ABOUT A RESOURCE. I love the grounding exercises and trigger tracker. Also I loved that positive affirmations and thought replacement worksheets are included in this. This may not be done by a mental health professional, but there are so mang truly resourceful and actual mental health-based coping strategies in this binder that I will be using some of this for myself too! Do yourself a favor, especially if you have a pregnant friend who can benefit too, and get this binder if you’re looking for exercises for coping with your mental health. 10/10.
Thank you for providing this binder of prompts to help mothers with newborns cope with the big life change. I thought that the questions were well thought out and will help moms focus on the good parts of their new life situation. It can be overwhelming, so taking the time to reflect on the experience can be a great coping mechanism.
