Postpartum Wellness Binder {111 Pages}

Do you struggle with overwhelming and racing thoughts? Intrusive thoughts that cripple you, make your heart race and make you sweat? Do you find it difficult to enjoy activities, leave the house or maybe even wash your hair? I see you and I hear you, mama.

Did you know that 1 in 7 women will suffer from a maternal mental health disorder, like anxiety or depression, either during their pregnancy or postpartum? I am 1 in 7.

Being a mom is by far the most rewarding thing I have done to date. But let's be honest, it isn't always rainbows and sunshine, and sometimes those dark clouds seem to hang around way longer than they're welcome.

My own postpartum recovery journey consists of many pieces of the puzzle and this printable binder is just one of them. After the births of both of my children, I experienced Postpartum Depression & Anxiety. Slowly but surely, I crawled my way out of the darkness. Not on my own, and certainly not without tools. If I can do it, so can you.

I created this binder out of necessity, love, and hope for moms just like you and me. What you'll receive in your printable Postpartum Wellness Binder:

Please know that I am not a medical or mental health professional in any way. Just a mom who wanted to share a piece of her puzzle with other moms <3

Helpfu!l Even For All!

I love this binder. I was especially excited to send it to a friend who is currently pregnant and already struggling with the depression that comes and I wanted her to have resources. TALK ABOUT A RESOURCE. I love the grounding exercises and trigger tracker. Also I loved that positive affirmations and thought replacement worksheets are included in this. This may not be done by a mental health professional, but there are so mang truly resourceful and actual mental health-based coping strategies in this binder that I will be using some of this for myself too! Do yourself a favor, especially if you have a pregnant friend who can benefit too, and get this binder if you’re looking for exercises for coping with your mental health. 10/10.

Thank you so much! <3 This really means the world to me!

Great reflection questions that make me think

Thank you for providing this binder of prompts to help mothers with newborns cope with the big life change. I thought that the questions were well thought out and will help moms focus on the good parts of their new life situation. It can be overwhelming, so taking the time to reflect on the experience can be a great coping mechanism.

I am so happy to hear what you love about this binder <3 Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review!
