Isn’t technology so awesome? It is allowing you to purchase and access your exciting new product right now! However, since they are so many moving parts and variables in today’s technology, I am not able to provide any technical troubleshooting or help at this time.
But have no fear, here are some common download instructions to help you out should you need it!
I do recommended downloading your purchase on a Windows/Mac desktop or laptop rather than on your phone or tablet.
Most, if not all, of my products are packaged using a compressed ZIP file. All of the files are in PDF format. You’ll need a PDF viewer to open and view the items. Most computers today come pre-loaded with Adobe Reader. It is the most common one and it's free. If your computer does not have it installed already you can download it here.
As soon as your payment method clears, you will receive a download link for your printables!
Even though I deliver your printables in a zipped file, some of them are still rather large. Please give ample time for your file to completely download over your network.
After you have downloaded your files, if you are having trouble locating them, try using the search box in your computer’s file explorer. (A quick Google search can help here, if you need it.)
This is how to unzip the compressed zip file that you will receive after you have downloaded it (download link is available after purchase in your member area and is also sent to you via email):
- If you are on a Desktop or Laptop – find the zip file that you have downloaded (check under Computer > Downloads) right-click and select "Extract All." You will be asked where you want to save your file. You can leave the default selection (usually it’s under My Documents) or you can pick (by selecting “Browse to”) where you want the files saved. Click Extract and watch your files unzip! Be sure to remember where they are being saved so that you can find them again! Your files are now ready to be used. If you’re a Mac user check out this tutorial. If you’re a PC user, follow this tutorial.
- If you are on a mobile device – some mobile devices require a special app, like “File Explorer Free” to unzip the compressed file. Download the zip file, and using the file explorer app, you can extract the files and save onto your mobile device. Some mobile devices allow you to long press the zipped file icon and then click "Extract." without downloading a special app first.
My printables are designed for CMYK printing color model. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor and printer.
