Being a mom is by far the most rewarding thing I have done to date. But let's be honest, it isn't always rainbows and sunshine, and sometimes those dark clouds seem to hang around way longer than they're welcome.
My own postpartum recovery journey consists of many pieces of the puzzle and this printable journal is just one of them. After the births of both of my children, I experienced Postpartum Depression & Anxiety. Slowly but surely, I crawled my way out of the darkness. Not on my own, and certainly not without tools. If I can do it, so can you.
